Super Duper® has over 36 years of experience in the educational field and currently have a staff of 65 employees.

We strive daily to bring creative, unique, research-based, easy-to-understand, bright and cheerful educational products to children and the young at heart all around the world

Super Duper Publications creates, develops, publishes and sell PreK-12 educational materials comprised of RTI programs, HearBuilder online software, Super Duper Digital Library, interactive software on CD-ROM, online digital content, print books, educational games, card decks, magnetics, assessments, equipment and supplies. We have special emphasis on materials for children with special needs and language delays. However, our products are also used by English learners, language arts educators, general education teachers and parents.

Dedicated customer helpers are available via phone/email/online.  Normal business hours are Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm EST). District staff may contact us for assistance toll free at 1-800-277-8737, 24 hours a day, and seven days a week. All service needs received after-hours will be communicated to Super Duper® the next business day.  Any inquiries regarding stock or delivery will be handled promptly as well.  Technical support will be provided by email/phone when requested. Editors are also available to advise customers of products that will best fit their needs.

For this contract, you have the option of sending orders to the vendor directly. Always specify “CalSave pricing” when seeking quotes. Always state “CalSave pricing” on your purchase order. This ensures you of the 1) lowest pricing, 2) audit protection, 3) bid protection, and 4) the coverage and application of bid Terms and Conditions to your agency.

Super Duper® is happy to accept Official Purchase Orders. Please note the following procedures for any PO sent to us.

1. Official Purchase Orders may be submitted:

A PO submitted via our website during these time sensitive offers is eligible for any web promotion or special. Please note that phone orders as well as faxed, emailed or mailed purchase orders will not qualify for any web promotion or discounts.

2. A telephone PO will not be accepted.

3. Please reference Bid Identification number, Z024C on ALL orders and at checkout on our website to ensure 5% your discount is applied.

CalSave offers buyers the option of receiving your PO on vendor’s behalf and then forwarding it to the vendor. The benefits of sending your PO to CalSave are a review of the PO for lowest price, archiving, auditing, and verification of bid protection. To use this option, make your purchase order out to the vendor and fax your PO to CalSAVE at (866) 488-3729. Any PO made out to CalSave as the vendor will be returned for correction.
