Mackin Library Media is unlike any other book vendor or jobber that you may be familiar with. Our focus is on providing the services you need rather than offering you a list of services to choose from.

Mackin provides virtually any title in print in any available binding. How can we do that? It's because we don't work from a specific inventory of titles. Instead of filling our warehouse with books that we think you might want to order, we provide the unique service of actually finding each individual item you need. You tell us what you are looking for, and we'll go to work to find it. We work with thousands of publishers including the tiniest little imprints that have one book to their name. This means, of course, that our fill rates are the highest in the business, and you get more of the books you want.

We also provide totally customized cataloging and shelf-ready processing. You don't have to choose from a list of pre-set options. You can tell us exactly what you want, and we'll take care of it. Your books can arrive completely ready to go on the shelf. All you have to do is take them out of the box.

Order Information

Our business is centered on high fill rates. However, we will always honor your do-not-exceed requests as we make every effort to fill your orders to their full dollar amount. If the titles you require are in-print and available to us, they will be provided. There are a few publishers who will only distribute their titles directly. Please click here to view a file of the publishers we cannot distribute. We will search all available sources to locate the titles you request.

Because publishers' inventories fluctuate, and because Mackin provides discounts, we suggest that you try to over-order by 20% to assure full dollar amount fulfillment.

Under normal circumstances, you will receive your first shipment of fully processed, shelf ready books in approximately 30 days. If necessary, a second and final shipment should arrive within 60 days. If some question arises about your order, you will be notified immediately by one of our customer service representatives. All items shipped in the Continental U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses receive free shipping on every order over $50.00. Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders are shipped at cost.Ê Personal orders, or rush orders are charged 8% for shipping or a minimum of $5.00.
