To Open an Account
You must have an account to be able to order.
Schools and Districts may open accounts, but not individuals at this time.
To open your account:
1. Download, fill out and submit the district authorization form (pdf format).
2. Then register for an organizational account by doing the following:
Go to www.schoolspecialty.com/aepa
(do not add www to the URL).
To the left of the page is a box titled Register. Click on the green
text link which will take you to the first page of the registration process.
Read and follow the instructions for opening an organizational account. There
are no individual accounts at this time.
To browse CalSAVE/AEPA pricing if you dont
have an account:
To check our prices before opening an account, go to www.schoolspecialty.com/aepa
(do not add www to the URL).
Click the green text link in the second paragraph below the School Specialty
and AEPA logos.
On the Log In page in the black/yellow Log In box, type
AEPAA5 into both the username and password fields and
click the Log in button.
(Important: This is the ONLY time you will
use this username/password. You will receive a unique username and password
when you open an account.)
Browse through the products and prices. You will need to open an account to
be able to order.
To browse the catalog if you have an account:
Go to www.schoolspecialty.com/aepa
(do not add www to the URL).
Click the green text link in the second paragraph below the School Specialty
and AEPA logos.
On the Log In page in the black/yellow Log In box, type
your unique account username and password into the fields
and click the Log in button.
Browse the catalog for the products you want.
The minimum order is $50.00.
Follow the ordering instructions below.
To Order Online
You must have an account to be able to order online.
If you want to open an account, follow the instructions above.
If you have an account, select the items you want, add them to the shopping
cart, and follow the instructions on those pages to purchase your items.

To Order by Fax
You must have an account to be able to order by fax.
If you want to open an account, follow the instructions above.
If you have an account, select the items you want, add them to the shopping
cart, but dont check out. Instead, print out your shopping cart order
and fax it, along with your purchase order, to CalSAVE for processing. See IMPORTANT P.O. INFO above.
