EduTone is a next-generation turnkey services automation “ecosystem” that delivers software as a service to help schools with Identity Management and Educational Content. Identity Management: The EduTone Xchange (ETX) features a secure, multi-tenant identity management system that automates role-based end-user account provisioning and enables single sign-on access across multiple third party web-based applications. The Xchange is accessed via a user "passport" that can be accessed from any device, anywhere, anytime. The platform also includes an optional private-label Web 2.0 Community Portal with a digital content repository. The professionally focused social networking infrastructure encourages free or for-fee exchange of digital content assets, online applications and professional services across teaching and non-teaching staff, students and parents, within or across the organization.

Educational Content: The Global Grid for Learning (GGfL) provides teachers and students with a safe and reliable way to search, stream and download high quality and copyright-cleared digital resources from multiple, trusted content providers. With over one million digital resources from more than 40 content providers, GGfL represents one of the most comprehensive digital educational content collections in the world. GGfL offers teachers easy access to a variety of resource types for use in lessons, class activities, homework and coursework, including Images, Videos, Interactive Activities, Animated Sequences, Audio, Documents, and Web Links!

Tablets & Wireless Integration: EduTone has an integrated tablet offering that the AEPA can leverage, empowering schools offer the most robust and complete personalized learning solution. As well, we have many wireless integration partners around the country that are contracted by us to work at discounted rates for the AEPA to help schools address their infrastrutrue needs.
