After joint discussions to finalize your system requirements, you will receive a system specification, contract and quote from Avtex that includes AEPA pricing. To confirm your acceptance, please contact Kim Current (kcurrent@avtex.com) and fax a signed copy of the contract along with a purchase order with complete school district contact information to 952.832.3722. Upon receipt, Avtex will immediately process the order and be in contact to schedule implementation and training.
